I know this has nothing to do with QVC, but I thought maybe someone out there has the solution for me, I have been tring to connect to netflix on my main tv for over a week now, it works on my other tv, but on my Sony Bravia "smart tv" no luck, I have rebooted everything and even did a factory re set on the tv and still no luck, it gets as far as showing the red netflix screen and then states, not available ?? any suggestions, thanks

Had the same problem a few weeks ago....I finally removed Netflix from the TV and then reinsalled it and that worked

Call Netflix and they can walk you thru a solution.

Have you connected your tv to your wifi router for service? Id start there.  It would be like connecting wifi to a new computer.
