Diamond Head was another good  movie she was in.  She was just lovely and a good actress.  RIP.

Loved Diamond Head with Yvette, Heston, Geo Chakiris and James Darren and the beautiful France Nuyen.

I can count the times on one hand Diamond Head has been shown on tv since 1962.icon_exclaim.gif

For a while TCM would air it fairly often, but not in a long time. I dont get TCM in he last 2 years, but had not seen it for a long time prior to that.

I know!  It's only aired on TCM Once!  (2013.)

It's absence is interesting.

how I remember this I don't know as I was very young,   But my mom watched Dr Kildare and let me stay up,and watch it with her. He was my first crush lol !!  As much as a little girl could have.

i clearly remember the surfer eposoide with her ,  it was 2 parts ,  she was his love interest and the episode was called Tiger , Tiger !   I thought she was so beautiful !   she had such a soft voice .  RIP

Richard Chamberlain as Dr. Kildare was my first crush, too.  Watched him evey Thursday night at 8:30 on NBC -- except for those two episodes, which my otherwise very indulgent Dad wouldn't let me see because they involved epilepsy or drug addiction. He knew I was too young to handle that at the time. I remember being very upset with him. But he was right, as always.  May the lovely Yvette rest in peace.

@SilleeMee  Interesting as she looked like your typical  California surfer girl .....blonde, blue eyed!    Must have looked like her father.

@vsm    I wouldn't have even know what either if those things were at that age .   I asked my mom and she remembers it being epilepsy and that's why she got involved with Dr Kildare .     I wish that show would be brought back in syndication .
