@aubnwa01  And she's in the previews for the coming week!  Can't wait to see Jill's expression!

Oh good gosh, can things get worse... This show does so not need her back... I loved the original Mamie, this one was the replacement and I never cared for her... By the way, her hair looked ridiculous... As for Jill, I guess she'll Skype in with her meltdown... They could do so much with a recast Jill brought back to full time, or at least signficantly recurring, status, and returning her to her diva ways... This version of a kinder, gentler Jill who lacks style has never quite flown, as far as I'm concerned...

OK, it makes since seeing Mamie again that she may be the buyer....Jill is going to have a  cow fit.

Phyllis is getting on my nerves along with Tucker and the Queen of opportunity Audra.

I didn't recognize "Mamie" in the preview, but now I think everyone's correct.  She's sticking her big foot in the door!! Cat Sad

I was astounded when Lily met with Victor to question why he traded her company and especially to whom he sold it. Like to see where that would get one in the real corporate world!  She's a real witch!

And speaking of witches, as quoting @stevieb , I really do hope Victor kicks Witchatoria to the curb along with her "boyfriend", and fast!

Why must these writers make the women on this soap either dumb (the Bobsy twins with the baby) or #itchy (the aforementioned) while making the men so pathetic (Jack and Kyle) or forever-villains (Tucker and Adam).

Can someone tell me what's Billy up to now?  Team Newman and Jabot are out:  perhaps Tucker?

All i know is i Don't think i can suffer through ANOTHER

round of Billy,,....drinking, gambling, powergrabbing,

winning, failing,etc.........i have wondered the last few years.....WHO IS THIS GUY RELATED TO WITH YOUNG AND RESTLESS THAT KEEPS HIM ALMOST ALWAYS IN THE LIMELIGHT AND 'STORYLINES ALL ABOUT HIM?

This Billy arrived courtesy of the General Hospital/Young and Restless casting wars that went on for nearly a decade or so. With changes in leadership, such as it was and is, for both shows, certain cast members ebbed and flowed back and forth between the two shows. He was among them. Since his arrival they've pushed him and pushed him and then pushed him again. He's a solid actor, but he and the writers have more or less created a significantly unlikable and not very interesting Billy. He replaced an actor who often provided a somewhat shaky performance but wasn't really around long enough to make Billy his own, assuming he was capable of doing so. They both followed in the footsteps of Billy Miller, who was a hard act to follow and who also was part of the casting wars. Whoever let him get away from Young and Restless only to be relatively poorly used on General Hospital should have been fired. The only thing I can figure as to why they keep front burnering Billy is that when you think about it, for an hour long show, Y&R has a somewhat limited cast of characters.

Interesting that this show seems, to me, to be too limited with respect to characters, so that many are routinely tiresome. Meanwhile, General Hospital keeps bringing in more and more, so many, in fact, that they don't have room for them all and they don't know what to do with them all. In both instances, it really shows. Soaps, not what they used to be.

Hey Victoria, you don't need Nick as an ally when you have Nate to do all the spying for you and tell him to lie to daddy about Adam.

Gosh, is there anyone likeable in this show anymore?  I forget... Cat Frustrated

Now that Victor's portrait is back in the office, it is interesting to see Adam (Mark Grossman). He looks like he could be Victor's son. The resemblance is there to the younger Victor Newman, an excellent casting decision.

Nikki has certainly grown a pair, titles can change people.  She cracks me up the way she pursed her lips, reminds me of Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada.

Nikki has met her match with Audra.  Epic battles to come.
