Who saw Eric Braden (Victor) on "The Talk" today, Friday 4 Feb.
Of course, he was amazing.
They showed him doing Tic Tock. Yep! He's on it.
He said a young girl who's related to a friend of his said something about Tic Tock.
Trueto Victor telling the story on The View he said, "I said, 'What the hell is Tic Tock'?"
He was amazing. That man is so wonderful.
He gave Cheryl a hug. They played gibs back and forth.
I'm sure there are ways you can find it.
I knew he was coming on there this week. I don't normally tape that show.
I didn't mention it because I wasn't sure what day.
He showed pictures of his 3 granddaughters. You can see how much he adores them. He said their names and a little bit about each one.

Knew Eric would be on The Talk so dvr'd it....for whatever reason he ever leaves Y&R, I will cry my eyes out. Love that man, "Victor".

@kindred cats Didn't you love seeing him laugh, tease Cheryl and talk about his granddaughters?
I figured they'd wait til Friday. However, I DVR'd every day just in case.
It was fun to see him smile so much.
I feel the same way you do.
What did he say? It was something like they had 60 some pages of dialogue to learn every day.
I know they 1 shoot then on to the next segment. I think all soaps are like that.
Anyway, I'm glad I saw it and I know you are too.

Well, looks like Y&L might be getting interesting again!
Love the Adam and Sally pairing: Witchotoria will be pulling out her hair once Adam announces his new COO, Sally. One corporate battle that should prove interesting!

annabellethecat...yes, yes, yes....loved seeing Eric as his natural self. You can tell he loves the spotlight and has no fear!
I thought Cheryl was going to break into tears of joy when he came walking out!
Glad you caught the show on your dvr too.

So far I'm comfortable with Robert Newman's performance. But he'll always be "Josh Lewis" to me.

He will always be Josh Lewis..Seems like he will do ok as Ashland..Although I can't see him as being the "Sneaky Ashland".

The new Ashland is obviously a soap opera pro and did a good job. I'm still mad at how the original Ashland was treated by CBS. Perhaps a two week suspension would have been appropriate for his honest mistake.

I was impressed with Robert Newman's performance today. Although I very much liked the original actor (Richard Burgi), I think "Josh Lewis" will be a credible addition. I'm relieved the powers-that-be held on to the character of Ashland Locke. I think the character has great long-term potential.
