Y&R- Tyler & Leslie & the Congressman...

I am really trying to figure this one out.. We know that they aren't using their real names, and that there is a man in jail for murdering their mother.. Is the congressman the father of these two? Seems to me that Avery is somehow going to discover the truth as she is working on a case that seems to be hush hush. And it would probably destroy the congressman's life now and that's why he wants Victors help and initially asked Victor to get Avery off the case. What do you all think about this storyline?
