WOW! Thanks Java, I just sat and read the entire syniposis for Monday. I know all that is going to happen!

I love it! I DVR every show so now when it gets boring I can FF over it and not miss anything!

That wig thing should e easy just do an DNA test of who head it was on....

The fact that Phyllis put Kelly on notice will be a factor in Kelly death also I read they are

looking into Phyllis treatment of what is wrong with Phyllis...

So it seems she will get away with murder... Foxx has the hunch earlier...

The DNA would make sense, maybe they'll do that, but probably won't because it is a soap!

I like the actress who plays Phyllis and I think she does a good job but I can't help but feel like she is holding back. She isn't quite as 'fluid' as the other Phyllis.

Whoa! Listen to me....'fluid'....like I know what I'm talking about....she just seems a little like she's working too hard on it. I wish (maybe she will eventually) she'd just flip.

Flip....I know....I've been known to flip so I know flip! Ha!

Gawd.......do ya think Chelsea just might be over-sharing just a little with Gabriel...........someone she doesn't even know???? GC residents are so stupid.....I guess it's all that in-breeding.

Did you have a run in with CS recently? I've always found QVC CS to be extremely helpful.

I have had very difficult 'run ins' with other service oriented businesses. It's either their way or the highway.

I think most people run on a combination of overdrive and not interested.

Most of them aren't interested in solving your problem, they just want to get you off of the phone so they can move on to the next person/problem.

I have to wonder if Phyllis is beginning to suspect herself.

My frustration today is education or programing?

Years ago customer service could be brutal put a customer having a bad day and mouthy CS agent together it could be ballistic...

Now days the CS are like robots having a conversation with them is talking to someone preprogramed they have a script, and no matter how much you tell them you are always to receive the digits they always start from the beginning of their memorized scripted.

You start out with knowing what you are going to say but we always have to go back to script.

to extremes but humor helps.... LOL

I was fine with your first sentence and then...............I'm lost!! What does customer service have to do with Y&R??

I am talking about cyber world CS they are all like robots they have a script and can no be deviate or be flexible...

It is set in cement and you can not move forward until they recite those things they have been program into...

In most cases be it the Printer, Computer, Email, ISP we all know to clear or delete what is in the address bar... after so many times you know the URL address so when you call you set up before to cut down on the rote...

At least me I am on the page to receive the digits and I would inform them where I am at and I am waiting for the digits...

None hear your words, where they go (words) but is sure does not reach their brains..

They will start from the beginning open your up IE, clear the address bar or delete address etc. none of them are able to think for themselves, they must go through the internal recording...

This is if you are lucky to talk live...

Next is this type chat and you never get to hear the voce of who you are sharing your information with so you have no clue if you are exchanging with an ax murder or what...

Or you get caught on the voice tree and talk to that thing that does not understand and round you go ...
