So why is Phyllis setting Kyle and Lola up... If she's supposedly trying to protect Summer, that seems an odd way to go about it... If she's trying to get the goods on Kyle, what is her purpose...

@stevieb  This is another example of Phyllis toying with unrighteous dominion.

@steviebIf Ashley is not going to come back to the show full-time it seems kind of pointless though.

First I’m sick of Tracey being  miss goody two shoes!!  I’d love if they would change her into a conniving b——.  Not happy that Mia is leaving, she put some life into the show!  What I don’t get is why is Lola all of a sudden wants to get a room with Kyle?   Her character is becoming more and more unbearable !   How can she have sex so soon after her operation ?  Please let’s get some excitement going on in this storyline

@Blondbychoice  Tracy has always been the good girl... Probably one of the reasons I couldn't stand her when she was younger... Lauren used to torment her at every turn and I didn't blame her... Now that virtually all the Abbotts have become rotten, I sort of like that she's the lone voice of reason but it is getting to be a bit much... As for Lola, yea, I agree... For a character we're all supposedly sort of meant to embrace, it would be hard to like her less than I do... They really blew it with that one, because I will never find myself rooting for her... Also wish they had the good sense to keep Mia around and develop her into a full-fledged force to be reckoned with... She's a far more interesting presence than is Rey or Lola...

I don't even care @Roni18 ... Let her put one of her henchmen in charge at Jabot... Maybe an interesting new character... I just know I'm sick of seeing imperious, pompous Jack sitting in that big chair and issuing dictates... And the notion of him hold up in the living room brainstorming with Billy, Kyle and Summer about ways to lead the company strikes me as ridiculous... A major corporation would have an executive staff... The parade has passed him by and from what I recall, he's never been much of a CEO... I think he lost the company altogether at least once... I know others differ, but I'm really not much of a Jack fan... And, just as there are those who relish the notion of Stafford's return because she created the Phyllis role, I've never really liked Peter Bergman as Jack, though I was clearly forced to get used to him...

What a ridiculous scene to introduce New Nate, stopping by Lola's to tell her

she missed her appointment and then examine her there.

Victoria, in her ugly dress, acting like a fool with this gambling nonsense.

Go home, rotten mother.

@threecees  The gambling thing was boring when Summer and Billy were embroiled in it and it makes absolutely no sense to bring it back for a return engagement... There are so many directions this show might go, you have to wonder why they choose to revisit those that were among the weakest story points... You'd think writers would realize that those before them weren't successful or they'd still be there and not opt to revisit what didn't work the first time around...

For now, just to see where they go, I'm trying to at least give the show a passing glance each day. So far this week, the show has stunk... Haven't watched today yet, but it doesn't sound like I'll have missed much should I choose to delete and not watch... I don't know... Maybe the show really can't be salvaged, at least as long as they rely on a revolving door of writers, producers and actors who've made made the rounds over and over again, some without much success...

I have a suspicion that the intent at this point is to have Phyllis hit rock bottom and leave town or somehow not be a presence in Genoa City... The spoilers seem to indicate she will make yet another somewhat grievous error in judgment... One can't help but think that whatever she's trying to put together involving Summer, Lola and Kyle will blow up in her face. Possibly, even Summer will wash her hands of Phyllis and she'll blow out of town or be otherwise off the screen... Then, after a few weeks, months, whatever... she'll show back up having been recast...

@steviebThey did much the same with Devon's company.  Remember when they had Mariah and Tessa sitting in on the executive decisions!
