There's a small Dinner Theater in my hometown and they are planning on doing the Wizard of Oz, I will be going to the performance with a group of friends. I can't wait and I have the cutest ruby red slipper earrings to wear that my husband bought me years ago knowing how much I love the movie.

I don't go to movie theatres anymore, but I sure loved Wizard of Oz on TV. I've watched it and over again.

When I was a really young student, our school took us to see GONE WITH THE WIND at a theatre.

It was a very mature adult movie and kind of graphic for young kids. I didn't really enjoy it. I have seen it since and now understand it.

I did notice that Clark Gable looked a lot like my father, but my father had a deep cleft chin. Except for that, they could be twins.

One of my mother's favorite movies! She saw in the theater as a little girl when it first came out, and was AMAZED when all the color came on screen.

I am so excited!

I am not sure if my niece has ever seen it so it should be a good time. My mother is coming and she doesn't think she ever saw it in the theater either.

I'm curious to know what the audience is going to be like. I reserved back row center so I am ready to go over the rainbow! 🌈 No flying monkeys! 🐒

I saw it on the big screen when I was in college. Imagine a theater full of cynical university students, all gasping when Dorothy opens that door.

I will always love the film. And I will always wear red shoes.

Best movie ever! I always loved it as a child and my adult children still do. As a matter of fact my son has it on DVD and we watch it every Thanksgiving.........still so fun, and we all like to recite some of the lines. I have a Pandora charm bracelet and DH bought me a charm of ruby slippers many years ago with a special attachment. I just love it!
