Is she an orphan that was a 6 year old child when she arrived or an imposter that's really much older?
Here's a wild story coming up on the ID Channel on May 29th at 9 EST and for two more days thereafter.
A family adopts what they are told is a 6 year old with dwarfism from the Ukraine but the family finds out she is extremely violent and was threatening them with poisoning and knives and that she is actually a 22 year old woman. Of course, there's way more to the story. I'll be watching to find out what's true and what's not

Our DVR is set to record. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for reminding. I have a friend who adopted two children from Russia, non-siblings. It did not go well for them. The boy was a bit odd but very loving. I think he just craved attention. He seems to have turned out well. But the girl was a nightmare and, I think, still is.

I know a couple that adopted a child from Russia.. she was 2 and did not know
how to walk as she has been in a crib since birth .. did not know how to chew
food as all food was pureed as in a nursing home ... Luckily she has recovered
and has actually turned out to be quite brilliant ....

I watched this last night and don't know if I can go through 4 more hours. It's interesting but very strange. You never know who's telling the truth, the girl or the adoptive parents. They actually lost me in part of the storytelling as well. JMO but would like to hear what others think. I don't care to watch anymore. They should have done it in a shorter version.

Maybe the movie Orphan was based on this true story with alot of fiction.
