stands up 21 years later , i started watching Six Feet Under on HBO and it does not seem dated at all , every actor is so good that they are still acting in top notch shows today. I was very leery that it would be depressing , but it is not . The death scenes at the beginning , can be a little graphic , but other than that i am loving this show.

Such a great show. The acting is great with a very imaginative storyline.

I loved that show too and agree about its ending.  Very satisfying.

One of my all time favorites.  This show and St. Elsewhere are probably two of the best ensemble casts  (along with the vastly underappreciated "Mom") that were ever assembled.

Re: When a show is so good it

It was such a brilliant show.  I've only watched it 2 or 3 times, but it'a about time to see it again.

Peter Krause was amazing, as was Michael C Hall.  This show was when I became a huge fan off MCH.   The whole cast was great and the storylines were beyond.

I also loved the uniqueness.
