There are plenty but three that jump out at me would be
Terms of Endearment when Shirley McCain at the end has to watch her daughter die, and Debra Winger Waves goodbye to her because she knows it's over.
Steel Magnolias: When Sally Field has to stand there and take her daughter Julia Roberts of of life support.
Imitation of Life the 1959 version. Don't know the actresses names but the daughter is a very fair skinned black girl and always tried to avoid being linked to her heritage. Her mother finally just let's her be as she gets older and promises not to embarrass her anymore. The mother dies and the daughter comes back towards the end of the funeral and is just screaming because her mother is dead, and how cruel she had been to her mother all of her life.

I agree with you @DancinQueen about The Way We Were and @mspatmac about An Affair to Remember.
The end of Back Steet when Rae, after Paul's children go to be with her, imagines what would have happened if she hadn't missed the plane when Paul asked her to go back with him to Chicago after they first met and fell in love.
The end of Gone With the Wind when Scarlett realizes what she is about to lose..
The end of Titanic when Rose "greets" Jack and the others.
Actually I'm pretty emotional when it comes to movies. I cry at Disney animated movies!

eta.....The Thornbirds
The Titanic ....I start crying when the musicians are playing “ Nearer my God to Thee” and of course when Jack is promising Rose he will “never let go” . The theme song “ My Heart Will Go On” makes me cry also.
eta.....Flight 93
may their souls rest in peace

Not a particular movie, I know I will think of one, however I have been watching Little House on the Prairie. Good grief every other one is a tear jerker.

Ending of My Dog Skip:
"Skip died" my daddy said. He and my mama wrapped him in my baseball jacket.
"They buried him out under an elm tree " they said.
That wasn't totally true. For he really layed buried in my heart.

The pottery wheel scene in "Ghost" and it's full blown sobbing!
I don't watch animal movies since "Old Yellar" as well as any movies that could be sad. I stick to comedies usually.
