Right now I am watching You on Netflix. It's a psychological thriller and very dark. Certainly not for everyone but I can't turn away. I'm also watching And Just Like That on HBO Max because I discovered I could get it and figured I might as well watch it.

One of these days I need to start season two of Fargo, and my son keeps telling me I would like Mr. Mercedes.

Right this minute it's COPS on Fox cable.

Not even close to being as good as it used to be.

I'm always amazed at the number of people who drive around without any kind of ID.

The Queen's Gambit. I put off watching because I thought it was about chess. And how boring is that?

Turns out it's about chess, but it's not about chess and it's not boring at all.

Loving it. The actress who plays Beth, Anya Taylor-Joy is wonderful.

When I watch true crime and murder shows, I can't believe how many seemingly "normaa" people --- or at least they appear normal on the surface --- commit such terrible, heinous crimes and murders!

Give it a shot. It's more about the character Beth and the relationship she has with her adoptive mother (and others). Both the women are functioning drug addicts-well the character Beth is functioning at this point.

The chess part of it is quite interesting too, surprisingly!
