Great movie, Shelly Winters is scary good in this movie.  Of course it goes without saying Mr Sidney is fantasticSmiley Happy

I saw Patch of Blue when it first came out and loved it then and still do.  The cast is excellent and I loved the rapport between Sidney Poitier and Elizabeth Hartman, a very well done movie fitting for the times.
