Not much to update today. Sam is still the target for eviction. Tommy and Christie were cured of their poison ivy and are sadly back to normal. A bee was listening too closely to Jess blathering on like, in the like backyard like and decided to commit suicide by making a kamikazi dive into the hot tub. The houseguests valiantly tried to save him before feeding him to a spider. Jessica found a bug in the HOH bed that Holly thinks may be the cause of her rash. She thinks it's a bed bug. BB advised her to wash her sheets, but didn't confirm the bed bug being an issue.
I don't if any of you saw the original "Men in Black" movie but the giant alien thing in that movie was a bug from outer space that assumed human form by putting on the skin of a victim. It leaked bugs from time to time. Now I'm not saying Jackson is necessarily a giant bug from outer space wearing a suit made out of Jackson's skin, but if there's a trail of bugs around him and he doesn't seem quite human, well, draw your own conclusions. Just don't be surprised if men in black show up at the old BB house and hold flashy things up in front of the cameras.
Nicole is still trying to talk some game sense into Jessica, but it's like, impossible, like. Jessica is about as dense as Jackson's head. She seems to think she's only there to show that big girls can compete on an even level with everyone else. (There is the slight problem of she's not competing on an even level with everyone else and is a horrible player.) But like, this is like, a great way for her to like get noticed like for public like speaking gigs, like. (Ugh!)
Nick is largely begging the six to take him back and he promises to be a good boy and do whatever they say. Yeah, it's not going to happen Nick.
Cliff is continuing to try and get in better with the six and more or less is succeeding for now. Both sides are kind of looking at him as a foot soldier for when the war between the sides breaks out.
Analyse is starting to annoy those in the house about as much as she's annoyed the rest of us. The collective IQ of those in the house minus Cliff and Nicole may just about equal Cliff's. Analyse may actually have a negative IQ number somehow.
Nicole keeps wondering how she got in with this cast on this season when there have been so many good casts where she'd have fit in better. Nicole just can't make the right move at the right time. She's got good instincts and generally knows what's going on, but she's seriously lackng in a supporting cast. When she found out the Six Shooters were turning on Nick, Isabella and Sam she warned them and became the target for eviction by Nick, Isabella and Sam. The very people she was trying to help. Now she's left trying to cobble together support from Cliff, who wants to work with the Six Shooters, Nick, who wants to work with the Six Shooters, Jessica who is off on another planet much of the time, and Kat, who's smart enough but is in something like a hundred alliances now, but not really a central figure in any of them.
Some rare good news, Christie has said she's not going to talk as much. (Prayers do come true!) Sadly, despite saying that she's still blathering on pretty much nonstop. You would think she was getting paid by the word for how much she talks.
We have a show tonight! Tonight's show will pick up with the nominations having just ended and Sam and Nick in absolute shock that they were nominated. (Nah, they knew it would be them.) We'll see the picking of the POV players. We'll get to relive the horror of seeing Jack dressed up as Little Bo Peep. (I'd recommend shielding the eyes of any children nearby to avoid nightmares about that. Heck, shielding your own eyes might be smart.) We'll see the six players try to herd their sheep into the pens to get the highest score. We may or may not see Tommy get disqualified for abusing a sheep. I know it's been a while since Tommy's "gotten any" but it wasn't something like that, he was tackling sheep instead of gently herding them and got disqualified as a result. There was some speculation that a sheep may have been injured in the process, but no confirmation. How much they'll show us of Tommy abusing sheep is up in the air. They have to show enough to show why he was DQ'ed, but don't want to show enough to have PETA invade the house. We'll see Nick eke out the win. He went against someone very bad at the start (Cliff or Jess would seem most likely) which gave him time to learn how to herd the sheep. Cliff reinjured his calf in the comp. We'll see Nick use his POV to save himself and Kat go up as the replacement pawn.
Maybe we'll hear more about the field trip tonight. My hope is they're still trying to find someone with a lion hungry enough to eat one of the hosueguests we'll be sending on the trip, but that seems somewhat unlikely. (The PETA folks would no doubt argue it was cruel to the lion.) I'll be posting live updates during the show for those without CBS at present and again tomorrow night on the live show. A Nicole win of HOH would be a nice change of pace for the house and the live feed watchers. She's kind of the one person left who might take a shot at the six. (Kat might target Jackson also.)

For those keeping track, the DR has now confirmed that the bug found in Holly's bed was not, I repeat not, a bed bug, despite being a bug found in a bed.
07-31-2019 07:19 PM
I didn't know what a bed bug looks like so I looked it up. They're very tiny, about as big as an apple seed. I don't know how big the bug was they found but I think Christie said it looked like a baby roach which is kind of what the images of bed bugs looked like to me. I've heard bed bugs are hard to get rid of.
Kat had a rash first and then Holly. I figured their common demoninator was to blame, lol. Probably not but it's a good story.
Ugh...slow days in the house!
There is some talk going on behind the scenes from a few people about tomorrow's vote. Analyse is pushing to get Kat voted out more out of jealousy than game play. Cliff is pushing to keep Kat though I don't think he really understands how Kat operates. It's about all that's going on and I don't expect it to go anywhere but a good blindside could liven things up. If one of the Six wins hoh tomorrow I think we're in for at least another dull week.

I’m sure with all the eating in the HOH room, that bed is probably full of crumbs and therefore invites ants and God knows what else that lives in that sound stage. It probably happened more so this week because of Jacksons’s eating habits in that bed and surrounding areas.
Speaking of Jackson’s, please someone move to evict him. Why Holly wastes her time with that loser is beyond me. I pity his poor mother’s food bill.

It's showtime! We start with the typical recap. And then the typical opening. And we start after the noms..Sam says he always wondered why people cry in BB. It's stressful. Nick says he has to win POV or go home. Nick and Sam are debating who to pick if they get houseguest's choice. They want Nicole, Cliff and Jess, who meet upstairs and agree it's best for the noms to stay the same. Kat suggests using her as a pawn. (Oh, Kat!) Holly agrees. Thinks Kat's plan is genius. Kat can't decide if she's a genius or if it'll all backfire. Time to pick the POV players. Holly draws Tommy. Sam draws houseguest choice and chooses Cliff. Nick draws Jessica. Jack is the host. (Brace yourself. We'll see him soon dressed as little Bo Peep.) And there he is. Here come the sheep.
They have to add sheep to their pen to match a target number and ring in. The first two are Nick versus Jessica. (Lucky Nick.) Time for the first break.
07-31-2019 09:28 PM
And we're back. The first target number is 7. The sheep have coats with numbers on them. Jessica is hoping a sheep will just walk into her pen while Nick is chasing sheep like a lunatic. Jessica admits the sheep are smarter than her. (It's not hard.) Nick wins round one. Round two features Holly and Sam. Their number is 8. Holly's doing well. Holly wins round two. Round three features Cliff and Tommy. Their number is 9. Tommy says they're demon sheep. Tommy wins round three. Nick and Holly are up next. Their number is 15. Nick wins this round. Now thw finale is Nick versus Tommy. Their number is 21. Nick wins POV! (Oddly Tommy wasn't DQ'ed for tackling a sheep despite what they said on the feeds.) Time for another break.
07-31-2019 09:37 PM
And we're back. Time for the big debate on who to put up in place of Nick. Holly says this is the least favorite part of being HOH. Christie says it might be God's will. Holly wants to put up Kat. Her allies are suggesting Nicole. Time for Christie and Tommy to get their medicine. Christie says they're like flamingos. Nicole starts talking about being scared of flamingos. Sam now talks to Holly. Sam wants Holly to put up someone with baggage so he has a chance. Holly suggests Nicole since she caused drama. Sam likes that idea. Holly wants Sam on her side to take shots at the big threats. Time for another break.
07-31-2019 09:45 PM
And we're back. Holly's debating who to put up. Christie says Nicole is not a threat. She wants to be sure Sam goes. Christie thought she and Holly were on the same page to break up Sam and Nick. Analyse hears Tommy and Christie talk about Michie and Holly playing them to make an army to go against them. Analyse thinks Tommy and Holly are paranoid. She tells Jackson/Michie and Holly. Jackson wants to squash things. Time for another break.
07-31-2019 09:53 PM
I wouldn't be so sure on the vote tomorrow night,I see analyse, Jackson,Nick,Nichol, for sure voting for kat to go, Chrissie,Jack, for sure for Sam to go,the others,Jessica,Tommy,Cliff, could go either way.Holly only if its a tie.So I won't be surprised if there is a blindside and Sam stays. What do you think?
07-31-2019 09:53 PM
Back again. Jackson confronts Christie and Tommy about them saying they're working with Nick and Sam. They deny it. Holly then rats out Analyse telling them this. Christie says she needs to fix this. Holly says she feels better, but needs to watch Analyse. (Who told her the truth.) Jackson's being his normal idiotic self. Time for another break.
