@LTT1  Great points! These people are all single for a reason- no matter how great their jobs or smiles are, each one has issues that made them desperate enough for fame or affection to try out for this show. Here are my thoughts on each couple:

-Emem is really too optimistic about Ikechi, without even knowing him.  Ikechi seems very self absorbed and seems to only be on this show to market his strange "Letters To My Wife" book.  

-Madison and Michelle are not attracted to their partners and seem to already have contempt for them one day into the experience. Leftover pizza will last longer than these marriages 😅.

-Karla wants to be a kept-woman and she's seeing dollar signs from Juan.  Juan is a good-looking opportunist who is solely on this show to promote his app- he probably was recruited to be on this show and doesn't even want to be a husband.

-Thomas is sooooo wrong for leading his ex on for 9 years, cheating on her and abruptly leaving her since he wasn't ready for marriage 🤥🥴.  He then goes on this show to get married at first sight? 😵😖  Camille is way too gullible and thinks she can bring a fundamentally emotionally unavailable man out of his shell. Good luck, girl! 😏  I thought it was pretty trashy that he emptied a whole box of loose condoms into his duffelbag in front of her- chivalry is dead on this show.

I think individually Juan and Karla would be good matches, just not with each other.  Another example of horrible pairing.  Karla would be hard to take long term.  

I am not a fan of Ikechi. I think he has a far better opinion of himself than he should.  Some things I read on Reddit didn't help with my opinion.

Madison and Michelle clearly have zero interest in their husbands.  I wonder if they are on the show to be married or for their 15 minutes.  It may be the matching again.  Both guys would probably be great husbands, these women just aren't interested. I don't think either woman would be satisfied unless there were millionaire models standing at the altar waiting for them.

It seems like Thomas comes with a lot of baggage.

I am also watching the latest season of Love is Blind so trying to keep track of which couples are on which show.

@Wsmom  Excellent points! Ikechi's wedding song was so over the top, smug and performative. His mom feeds into his ego since she asked Emem how she would handle tons of women running up to him since they recognize him due to his book or poetry.  He self published the book on Amazon and sees this show as free publicity.

     Madison and Michelle definitely aren't into their husbands.  Why was Madison making out with Allen and feeling him up on their wedding day if she wasn't attracted to him? She gave him false hope and now he's confused.  

    Thomas really s-c-r-e-w-ed over his ex girlfriend by leading her on for 9 years, cheating on her and leaving her because he wasn't ready for marriage.  So he wasn't ready to marry his longtime loving girlfriend, but he was ready to marry a complete stanger? He just wants the paycheck and fame.

I realize that I’m replying to a relatively old thread.

Became disenchanted with MAFS for awhile...maybe just holidays and other activities!

Came back to say we are in the final episodes of this Chicago season.

Juan makes me wonder if he even likes women.
Karla appears to be doing well with her new stylist business.
Emem...that's another story. After finally dirching Ikea for good, now Ben has proposed in a very fast manner. Is it real...or not?
