I also think it's some of both.
Agree with those who can't handle the animal movies. I start tearing up even seeing an old dog in a movie, hoping he doesn't die.

I was SO glad to read this thread! I thought I was the only one! DD teases me because I cry at Disney princess movies, but I actually cry at almost EVERY movie. Watching the events of the July 4 weekend and the singing at A Capitol Fourth just about did me in. Any time I hear Lee Greenwood sing his signature song. . . `(We sat on a hillside watching him sing it during a "Welcome Home" for a friend and other soldiers from the first Gulf War.)
I'm working some, but not able to accomplish what I want because of an injury right after we "closed down." That, the fact that DS is on the other side of the country and can't come home right now, all of the things we've had to cancel, and everything we're all going through right now no matter where we live are all really playing with my emotions.
