[ Edited ]

What do ya'll think was wrong with......

Spoiler

Ivar's infant son?

When the mid-wife told Ivar's wify that the baby will not be able to nurse, the first thing that came to mind to me was "cleft lip."

Yes, I too thought cleft pallet.

And I am wondering what will be happening with Floki in the cave he found.  I am having trouble understanding why they do not leave Iceland and go back.  Did they destroy their ship?  I cannot remember.

I would imagine they used the wood from the ship to build housing and to keep warm during the winter.

Floki is a master boat builder.  If he wanted to go back home, he would have no problem building himself another because during that time the land was extensively forested.

If I were Freydis, I would be thinking fast.

Cleft lip or cleft palate.

@Mz iMac  That's what I thought, too

I thought this episode was one of the better ones of the season.

We got, what I thought, was a link to Buddha. Not exactly what Hvitserk had in mind, though.

I was surprised to hear the invading forces chanting Ubbe's name and wonder what will happen if he loses his one-on-one battle.

Lagertha has returned, though her strength will not be physical prowess any longer.
