Season 3 of Victoria will be premiering on January 13 2019. Among the new cast members are Lawrence Fox (Inspector Lewis) He'll play Lord Palmerston. Victoria had a sister (I think she's a half sister) anyway she'll be there.

Forgot to add......Once it's on Masterpiece, it will be followed by several weeks of the release of the DVD/Blu Ray. Remember Masterpiece does not broadcast the entire original broadcast. Because of time, it will be edited. Masterpiece usually cuts about 10-15 minutes. The DVD version will be complete.

I have to say, I am very suprised Dr. Worsely gets a few things very wrong...the first one.....Victorias mother was never a Queen Mother...she was a Queen's Mother but never herself a Queen

I think sometimes with the accent and the speed of which they speak it's hard to understand what they're saying. I turn on close caption when I know I'm going to be listening to foreign accents.
Thing I didn't get was who was the French Louis Phillipe who came to live with them for awhile. This time period would had been after the revolution and George xvi and Marie Antoinette was dead. The man stated something about his Father being beheaded I said that can't be George XVI's son they had lost one before and the other son was taken prisoner and died while a prisoner of the revolutionaries. Besides they were just kids.
Think the older man was a cousin to the beheaded royals.
They keep alluding to Melbourne having a crush on the young Victoria when she became Queen. I don't believe that . He was old and sickly she may had depended on him for guidance since she had no father or anybody she could really trust, but, from what I've read wasn't romantic.
I think they add stuff like her going into labor right when all the trouble began just for the shock value like a soap opera. LOL
