I saw a reel on Facebook of Dinah Shore singing "See the USA in your Chevrolet" and then throwing a kiss.  I remember that when I was a kid, my parents always watched her show.  Also,  John Cameron Swayze with Timex - it takes a licking and keeps on ticking!  Another one, even though it's not a commercial is Jimmy Durante saying at the end of his show - "Good night Mrs. Calabash wherever you are".  Memories from the 1950's. Now I have that See the USA jingle in my head!

Anyone else remember these?

I remember the commercials you mentioned. I have a memory of a commercial for Ipana toothpaste.  I think the commercial featured a beaver driving a stagecoach.

Do you remember Tennessee Ernie Ford saying "God bless your pea pickin heart?"

I love old memories.

Tooth paste commercial.  "You'll Wonder where the yellow went when brush your teeth with Pepsodent"

We made up some off versions of this commercial too.  I can think of one I won't write here.  It is R rated.

I remember those. One I remember, too, is a Christmas commercial of Santa sledding down the hill on a Norelco razor.
