Funny, We get all kinds of commercials about men, including one that uses a vegetable. It seems as though there's not much that falls off the wall of "poor taste" as far as the advertising agencies are concerned.

That one is sooo gross. Thanks for sharing that, whomever is responsible.

I wonder who this commercial for a feminine razor sells to?

I haven’t seen it, but it wouldn’t persuade me to buy and it doesn’t sound hard-core enough to tweak the interest of those into the porn that sells so often on the Internet.  Is this just another sign I have aged out of the world I still want to live in?

Re: Venus Razor Commercial

When I first saw that commercial that *gasp!* mentioned pubic hair, I started laughing, because I knew that the women here would be clutching their pearls, and fainting from shock over the words "pubic hair", and that it was only a matter of time before a thread was started about it.

There have been commercials in the past that showed a female shaving her bikini area, and the voice over would say "Bikini line", which is code for pubic hair.

The commercial is geared to females who are in their 20's, and they don't have the same hang-ups about such things like their grandmas do. Hence, the "What the gush" commercial.

Heck, it was a shock in the 1980's when a pre-Friends Courtney Cox did a commercial for Tampax, and said the word "period" for the first time.

We've come a long way, baby!😄

Oh, and as for men, obviously you haven't seen the one for "manscaping".

Commercials go with the demographics.

Go watch the golf channel or Fox Sports

You'll see plenty of commercials for men's issues, they are also gross

I think Venus Razor has gone too far on their latest TV commercial.  They just showed a women shaving around her bikini bottom to smoothly shave the "pubic hair"  Did they really have to show that?

No .

I hope that this is real / look at it attitude isn't taken in preparation H commercials or tp.

Several months ago there was a thread very similar to this and when I commented on one of the women product commercial my post was deleted.

That being said, I dont understand why some items even have to have commercials.  For example TP, everyone uses it and buy's it so why the need for advertise?  Same with women monthly protection, all women use and buy it why advertise it?

All the "gushing" ....the bikini area....and like commercials are just inappropriate JMHO....But I guess it goes along with the bathroom humor that is so prevalent in movies and TV shows these days....Woman Frustrated

I hate the commercial where they have constipation and show the actors sitting on the toilet.....

And another one is taking care of "that skin".......

What has happened to Madison Ave and all those clever, funny, interesting commercials they used to have....why they even used to broadcasted award shows for these  commercials because they were so well received and popular with the viewing public....SMH!
