Has anyone heard what will happen to this show?

Don't know. But you've gotten the Name of the show Wrong.

I watched a few times and the differances in the culture of Al vs Americans were interesting but I just wasn't invested enough in the characters to keep up with it.

I don't quite understnd why you are asking this question right now.

Al is here and must make his way in assimilating into this Society.  Many and varied opportunities for storylines still exist.

@candys mine  Thank you for the reply.  This not political, just curious.

I think you didn't spell differences right.

There's nothing wrong in asking what will happen to this show. I enjoy it, and I am curious if it will be renewed or not. So many new shows don't make it past one season.

For me, this one is funny, but also touches on what it is like to come to America from a country that doesn't offer so many opportunities for a good life. I like Al's take on things we take for granted.

@Group 5 minus 1  I LOVE United States of Al. I love Hazel, Mr. Ed and Al, whom I find lovable.

Read online it has been renewed and am so glad.

I like this show too.  I think the issue of PTSD is going to be part of next season's storyline.  (Apologies to those who have posted that they don't like when sit-coms address social issues.)

@deepwaterdotter I think it's important that PTSD be addressed. It's been an ongoing problem for many for many many years and needs a lot of attention.

I like it when social issues are addressed in a factual, sensible way, not with politics tossed in.

I personally love the relationship between Hazel and Al Heart
