I read the books when they first came out and saw the movies.  It was an enjoyable series for me.  Wicked funny though, my son was a teenager at the time and said "Mom, seriously,  vampires do not go out in sunlight"  LOL, that still cracks me up today.

Good story, nice scenery....but terrible acting. I never watched any of the Twilight movies more than once. They didn't impress me the first time through.

I wouldn't say I was a fan but I have read the books and watched the movies. I enjoyed Twilight and Eclipse. Had difficulty getting through New Moon and didn't finish the last book. I have forgotten the name. The first movie Twilight was the best and I have seen parts of it numerous times. Like others have stated the acting is really bad but the movie Twilight is a good story.
