Tuesday 7/16/2019 Big Brother 21 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

[ Edited ]

Well, that was fun. Yesterday should have been a fairly straight-forward, we're using the POV to save Jessica and put up Nicole day. Pretty much everyone in the house knew what was going to happen. Then while Kathryn was out in the yard trying to permanently tan the image of the POV into her belly so she'd have it as a reminder of her win, Christie had a breakdown.

Somehow Christie interpreted someone cutting a heart out of a cereal box and talking about getting a flame tattoo on their foot as proof that she was being backdoored by Nick and Witchabella. Yeah. It made no sense to anyone else either, but hey, Christie believed it. Live feed watchers were all asking, "What did we miss?" Truth is, we missed nothing as there was never a plan to backdoor Christie, just Christie's paranoia taking control.

So, Christie dissolved in tears and had Analyse find Jessica and send her in to talk. Christie then tried to convince Jessica to tell Kathyrn not to use the POV on her and to keep Jessica on the block so Christie couldn't be backdoored. Oddly enough, Jessica wasn't thrilled with this idea despite Christie tearfully assuring her they had the votes to keep Jessica and she'd be safe. When Jessica pointed out that if they had the votes to keep her, they'd have the votes to keep Christie also, but Christie wasn't buying it.

Pretty much all of the Six Shooters (Holly, Analyse, Christie, Jack and Tommy, Jackson wisely stayed out of sight most of the time) assured Christie she was fine. Christie didn't believe it. Tommy was dispatched to the HOH room to talk to Witchabella to beg her not to let Nick backdoor Christie which had Witchabella very confused as she had no idea what Tommy was talking about. (Neither did the rest of us, but hey.)

Christie then confronted Nick who swore up and down that he would never put up Christie. (Yeah, sure he wouldn't.) He swore that the nine would stay together until the rest of the riff raff were all out of the house. Christie was a bit more assured, but still not totally trusting anyone.

Then the POV ceremony took place and Jessica was taken down by Kat and Nicole went up in her place. Problem solved. But no, Christie then decided she needed to talk to Witchabella and explain everything. (Like it was explainable.) She then told Nick and Witchabella about her power (dumb game move). Christie naturally misrepresented the power to them and got spanked in the DR about it and then had to go back and tell them the truth about the power and clear up what she'd said before. (You're not allowed to use production as strategy.)

So, things should be calm and smooth sailing until the eviction now. Only no. Christie is now convinced that she would have been backdoored by Nick but her sniffing it out in advance and confronting Nick is what saved her. So, Nick, that devious, double-crossing, Christie back-dooring monster, is now even more of a target for Christie than he was before. Nick of course has no clue that he's in the line of fire and thinks he's still part of the big nine person alliance and that they'll get rid of Nicole, Cliff, Jessica and Kat before they turn on one another. He's a bit naive.

Kat is still providing the comic relief. Analyse said she's normally a very emotional person who cries at anything, but she just can't cry in the BB house for some reason. Kat said, "Maybe you're dehydrated." Okay, sure. That's the reason.

So, here's where things stand right now. Cliff is sure Nicole is being voted out by a house vote on Thursday since everyone in the house assures him he's safe. Nicole is pretty sure she's leaving on Thursday since pretty much everyone in the house turned on her and things get awkward whenever she walks into a room. Kudos to Holly, Analyse and Christie for more or less implying to her that things aren't as they seem, but I'm not sure if Nicole is picking up on their hints. Nicole is pretty sure she's headed for Camp Comeback and she's more or less accepting that fate.

Nick, Sam and Witchabella think they're safe for the foreseeable future when in fact two of them are likely heading for the block if Witchabella or Sam don't win HOH. The nominees would be Nick and Witchabella so they both can't come down. Christie wouldn't mind losing Sam over Witchabella but by putting up Sam and Nick there's a chance Witchabella could win POV and save Nick and be safe herself, so both Nick and Witchabella will end up on the block. Sam could end up being a replacement nominee if Christie or someone in her group wins POV and they can make a deal with Witchabella to join with them.

The vote on Thursday looks like it will break down like this. Christie, Holly, Analyse, Jack, Jackson and Tommy will vote to keep Nicole and evict Cliff. Kat, Jessica, Sam and Witchabella will vote to evict Nicole and keep Cliff. Julie will annouce, "By a vote of six to four, Cliff you have been evicted." Five very surprised people (Nick, Witchabella, Kat, Sam and Jessica) will be looking around in shock while six others will be hugging Nicole telling her how much they love her and they'd never vote her out and she's part of their new whatever they'll call it alliance.

Nicole may be the most surprised by anyone of this move. Cliff will more of less expect it. He's seen enough blindsides to know how common they are. Nick will be confused. Sam will know he's in trouble. Witchabella will be more than a bit angry. Kat will wonder why no one's complimenting her on her outfit. Jessica will wonder if this will affect their post HOH comp meal.(Assuming Jackson hasn't eaten all the food in the house by then.)

Expect there to be some waffling today and tomorrow over the vote as the DR tries to get the footage they want to make the vote look uncertain. Tommy willl no doubt lead the waffling campaign as he's not sure about keeping Nicole over Cliff. The DR knows this and will use him to get the rest of the Six Shooters questioning the move. Tommy suffers from Helen Kim disease (BB15.) He knows what's going on most of the time but always feels it's too soon to make a move. By the time he's ready to make a move, it'll be too late. Fortunately Christie has no problem rushing in with both guns blazing whether she knows what's going on or not. Barring the unexpected, Nicole should be safe this week and Cliff will be off to Camp Comeback. Nicole will suddenly find herself in a big alliance and likely be safe for several weeks as bigger targets appear. (Nick, Witchabella and Sam for the Six Shooters. pretty much everyone but Kat, and Jessica for the Nick/Witchabella and Sam trio.) Kat and Nicole (my preferred final two) may just sneak by for quite a bit now as the two warring factions duke it out. Nicole's warning to Nick that the house was gunning for him, that Nick believed to be a lie designed to stir up trouble, will start to look a lot less like a lie when he's on the block next week. (Assuming Witchabella or Sam don't win HOH.) That may make Nicole safer from Nick's side of the house.

I'll post back later should anything crazy erupt, but things should stay relatively calm today. If it is to be the wall comp on Thursday the yard will be shut down soon. (If it isn't already.) That comp takes some time to set up and get tested. The wall is operated by hydraulics that have to be installed, filled, tested. Then they have the sprayers that shower the houseguests in water and the cannons that shoot stuff at them. All of that has to be set up, adjusted and tested. With eveyone trapped inside in close quarters (bear in mind all sixteen houseguests are still there) there's less opportunity for plotting and planning so things pretty much stay as they were before the inside lockdown.

Re: Tuesday 7/16/2019 Big Brother 21 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

Jackson got up very early today. He was cooking and eating when I first turned on the feeds. No surprise there as he's an eating machine. He eats enough in a day to feed Nicole for a week, maybe a month. He then set out meat to thaw for the house to use later. He set out 24 big chicken breasts (about a half pound or so each) and five of the three pound tubes of ground beef. So, for sixteen people that's about twelve pounds of chicken and fifteen pounds of ground meat. For one day. Just the protein portion of the meals. Suffice to say if Jackson gets voted out the supermarket supplying BB will be devastated. He's also been working out in the yard before it gets shut down. The fact that it's still open now could make the wall comp less likely. It takes a long time to set-up the wall comp unless they're planning to do it in the nearby studio they used for the Whacktivity comp. They don't need the Whacktivity set any longer so they could be doing that. Getting everyone there during the live show might be tricky though. They'd likely have to rehearse that a few times to be sure it was doable.

Re: Tuesday 7/16/2019 Big Brother 21 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

I agree, yesterday was fun. If only all days had some crazy drama like that but maybe it's better they don't. I would spend too much time watching the feeds and get none of the things done I need to do. I already tend to let myself get distracted by the smallest things. I need more self-discipline!

I wonder if Christie's breakdown was a bit of a ruse in order to justify the upcoming planned attack against Nick and Bella. I mean, with the way she's been kissing up to them and saying how they can trust her she's probably looking for some excuse to suddenly turn on them Thursday.

I just find it hard to believe the reasons she's given for yesterday's freak out are real. Plus, she's been saying she's sure that breaking down like that is why Nick decided not to backdoor her (even though that was never his plan).

Whatever the reason, it did make for some fun feeds yesterday!

@gardenman -----glad you came back this year to sort out BB......don't watch anymore but follow your outlines and keep abreast of what's going on.....maybe watch a little AD if I can't sleep....

it wouldn't be worth "watching"if you didn't figure the whole thing out .....

how you can determine what people will or won't do , especially strangers, is pretty amazing...

Re: Tuesday 7/16/2019 Big Brother 21 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

Kat and Holly just had a nice private game chat. (They know one another from their pageant days.) It sounds like they're privately working together which makes the game a bit more interesting. Kat also learned that Holly knew Jackson through his ex who got upset when she saw Jackson was following Holly and demanded he delete her.
