Both these movies promise to be fun, if you like this genre.

I am especially glad that Jason Momoa has the lead in Aquaman. I've liked him since Stargate: Atlantis.

Aquaman comes out December 21, 2018, with Shazam being released in spring of 2019.

I liked him too in Stargate: Atlantis.

I upgraded him to next baby daddy status when I saw him in Game Of Thrones....

I liked Jason when he was on Baywatch.

Aquaman is from DC Comics. IMO, DC movies can't hold a candle to the Marvel movies. DC movies are much darker in tone and storylines. Marvel movies are a little more lighthearted and are more humorous (would I love to see a battle of wits between Tony Stark and Rocket Raccoon).

The only two really good movies from DC are the Batman movies with Christian Bale, and Wonder Woman.

That being said, Aquaman looks really good, and I do plan on seeing it. Here is the newest trailer:
