Tomestone, the movie is on now and I have watched it several times.

IF you lived then, who's girl friend would you have wanted to be?????

Wyatt was kind and fair.  He loved his friends.

Doc Watson was a wild person but fought for right.

I would have been Doc Watson's gf.  Loved his playfulness.

It depends on which "Tombstone" movie you're in reference to.

'Doc Watson' or 'Doc Holliday'?

@ECBG  Which Tombstone movie are you talking about?  Doc Watson?????  confused.gif

In answer to your question......

The Tombstone movie I watched I would have been Kirk's Russell/Wyatt & Sam Elliot/one of Wyatt's brothers jump offs & my main squeeze would have been Doc Holiday/Val Kilmer!

Clint Eastwood.  I like the bad boys.  I also liked Val Kilmer as Doc Holiday.

Going way back...James Aries's as Gunsmoke.

How about Hopalong Cassidy?

Hey!  I'm 75.  I can go way back.

Quick story.  My husband built developments in Florida.  We lived in Virginia.  He'd call me at night and we'd talk for hours about the old shows we grew up with.

We were real kindred souls.  In many ways day and night but also in many ways same as.....

When I was growing up there was a show called Pick Temple show.  He was a cowboy who just had the horse standing there.

But on your birthday, if you sent in your name and they picked you you could sit on the pony.

Year after year went by.  Then I was notified I could come to the studio in Washington, DC and sit on the pony.

I was so excited.  But then my Dad said, (those words traumatize me today)..he said, "You can't sit on that little pony.  You are 12 years old and your feet would touch the ground".

Even to this day it brings sadness.  Ha! So maybe Pick Temple was ...noooo!  Back up!  There's no way I could have a crush at the age of 12.  My sister always teased me that I was too big for the pony.

I'd submitted my name when I was 6 or 7 years old.

I thought Val Kilmer was mush more handsome in Tomestone than Top Gun.

Kelly McGillis lives here but I never met her.  I have seen Andy MacDowell several times but since she moved to Hollywood for her daughter.
