I have no desire to see this either, maybe the reason Tom Hanks seemed fake, is because I always thought Mr. Rogers was a fake, LOL!

@Hooty. At least no one dumped on me on this thread for saying I don't want to see this film (unlike the Richard Jewell Thread!)

If you see the Roger's documentary, which is different from this film, you may not think he's a fake any more.

A friend and I are planning to go on Saturday. 

 

I really don’t know much about Mr R and never watched his show or followed him. I go to just about anything Tom Hanks is in and always am well entertained. I expect this movie to be good because Hanks is in it and has never disappointed me before. I don’t go to many movies so I’m picky about the ones I do see.

Fred Rogers seemed to be a kind gentle soul. If he was a fake, I think someone would have proven it by now.
