I thought "the heart of the ocean" was supposed to be a blue diamond, not a sapphire

That part about the "Heart of the Ocean" isn't true. that was made up for the movie.  What is true, however, is that there really was a sapphire which was brought onto the ship by a passenger but it was never recovered. I watch the Discovery channel...Woman Wink
