I started watching this the first season the forgot about it being on, and got behind. I really liked it, but now I guess I'm glad I kind of checked out, because as always, the show's I like don't last. 

Get tired of getting invested in these shows, just for them to run only a couple of seasons. Drives me nuts.

I appreciate that they are giving us a finale, I'm sorry to see the show end.  This is why I don't watch much network tv now; if a show isn't a blockbuster hit like This is Us, it won't last.  They just trash those shows and move on to other shows that get even worse ratings and then they trash those shows.

The production costs are what sways them due to the middle of the road ratings.  If the production wasn't so high, they would probably keep it going a bit more.

I'm really happy NBC is giving the fans a 2 hour season finale, I wish more shows got this opportunity.

Thank you for posting this info, VaBelle35.  Sadly, knowing the series was cancelled, I deleted the show from my DVR recording list.  Do you know when NBC is going to air the movie?

@VaBelle35 - thanks for posting this update.  I liked the show and I'm sorry it is cancelled.

It's nice of NBC to give the fans closure and not leave us hanging.  I wish more networks would do the same.
