@Maltichonmom17, I just called today about my bill (as I stated prior to this post), just know your complaints are going to fall on deaf ears, they just don't care!

@Jordan2, Thanks for the heads up. 

 

I've had cable through various companies since cable tv first started in our area. Spectrum seems to be the first cable company to not want to keep their customers. Every company I've ever dealt with would immediately transfer my call to a retention specialist and offer a new deal. 

 

I'm seriously considering going with internet service only and using Sling. I only watch a select few channels and don't need all those extra channels.
