Thursday 7/18/2019 BIg Brother 21 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

And another relatively quiet day passed in the old BB house. Sam counseled Nicole on what to say to try and stay in the house. His advice, tell Christie you're targeting Jack and Jackson so she'll want to keep you. Bad advice Sam. Nicole will be smarter to just keep her mouth shut today and let things play out. Which I think she'll do.

The Gr8ful/H8ful alliance will officially end tonight with the blindside of Sam, Nick and Witchabella. We'll lose one more decent person from the game in Cliff and keep more idiots who are hard to root for. Right now Camp Comeback and Cliff/Nicole comprise the more or less easy to root for people in the game. (I'll squeeze Kat into that group also, but I'm not really sure Kat knows she's playing Big Brother.)

Let's explore the question of who's the worst person in the house right now. That's kind of challenging to answer. Jack is just a big jerk. Jackson/Michie/Mickey is a controlling jerk who eats everything not nailed down and then hides food from the rest because "it's not good for them." Christie is an evil mastermind controlling much of the house between her somewhat psychotic breakdowns. Witchabella is loyal to no one and has no problem lying to anyone at anytime. Tommy is very two-faced and acts like he's being everyone's friend when in fact his loyalty only lies with what's best for his game. Nick is a bit of a moron who wants to fit in with the cool kids too much and follows their lead. Analyse is largely the dictionary definition of vapid. She's pretty, but there's just not much there. Holly is just a tick above Analyse. There is something there, and she has some small potential. My vote for the worst of the lot would probably go to Christie simply because she's always pretending to be the best while often behaving the worst. It's pretty good BB gameplay, but bad as a human.

On the best side, you've got Nicole, Cliff (dead man walking), Ovi, Kat (she's just Kat), David (we don't really know him in the game, but he seems decent enough in Camp Comeback.) Kemi's something of a wildcard. I think her friendship with Nicole keeps her more evil side in check. Jessica is just a pathetic floater moving to whoever has power while she extols her value as a role model. (Ugh!) I'll throw Sam in on the good side simply because he's not really bad, just playing with Nick and Witchabella. The winner for the best side would have to be Nicole, who's really trying to do right all the time, only to have it come back to bite her.

In an odd twist we saw no waffling on the vote yesterday. The DR didn't try to get footage to show a divided house since the house is already divided. They likely will have some DR footage of Tommy or others acting like they don't know which way to vote, but the vote will be 6-4 to keep Nicole. (Maybe 7-3 since they're now planning to tell Kat the vote just, and I mean just, before the vote to keep her more or less on their side.) Cliff will briefly join Camp Comeback then and that aspect of the game will come to an end.

So, on tonight's show we'll see the Six Shooters (Christie, Jack, Jackson, Tommy, Analyse and Holly) get behind voting to keep Nicole and remove Cliff. I'm thinking the vote to evict will come early tonight, almost like a double eviction night. Then the Camp Comeback comp with the three losers going out to join Julie. It may be a series of head-to-head comps with each loser leaving to talk to Julie separately before the next round. That would make some sense rather than dump all three out at once. "First up is Cliff verson Ovi. Cliff rolls a nine. Ovi rolls a ten. Cliff you're out of the game, please pick up your bag and leave the house." Julie then talks to Cliff and then they go back for a Kemi versus David showdown with the loser leaving and finally a whoever versus whoever finale with the final loser leaving to talk with Julie while the winner rejoins the house.

At the end of last night's show they didn't mention the new HOH comp. They left off any mention of that. Typically they'll say and a new HOH will be named or a new HOH comp will start. That may be delayed until Friday since there's no Whacktivity comp this week to give them footage for Sunday's show. It could also be an endurance comp that they start at the very end of the show. We'll find out tonight.

The real game of Big Brother will officially start tonight with the big targets in a divided house largely targeting one another and no more Camp Comeback. A win by the Six Shooters plus Nicole will likely end up with Nick, Sam and Witchabella as targets. A win by Witchabella will likely have Jack, Jackson, Christie, Tommy as targets. A win by Sam will have the house confused as Sam will need to pick a side. A win by Jessica, Kat, or whoever comes back from Camp Comeback will be interesting as they'll have to pick a side.

From a fan's perspective the good news is Nicole and Kat seem pretty safe for the time being. A Witchabella win could end up with Nicole in trouble if Witchabella was dumb enough to still not believe what Nicole told her. It's hard to believe even Witchabella could be that dumb, but you never know. Sam might view Nicole as a safe, I don't want to pick a side, option, but he'd be kind of stupid to do that. By the end of the show tonight it should be blindingly obvious that there are six people strongly allied in Jack, Jackson, Tommy, Christie, Analyse and Holly. The rest aren't in that tight-knit group. If that group wins they'll go after Nick, Witchabella and Sam. The other side of the house (Nick, Witchabella, Sam, Jessica, returnee from Camp Comeback, and to some extent Nicole and Kat) will have to decide what to do and how to play from there on.

Kat and Nicole will likely be invited into the big alliance as side members and probably should accept knowing the big dogs in that group will likely target one another before them. I kind of have a suspicion that the final three will comprise Christie, Nicole and Kat. Tommy is too loved (or so they think) to stay long. Christie will be spinning tales all over the place to cover her backside. Nicole and Kat will be viewed as harmless pawns to take along to guarantee the easy win. Ideally Kat or Nicole would then win the final HOH and take the other one and dump Christie out at three.

It should be a pretty good show tonight. BB did a nice job editing last night's show to more or less show how things really went down. They did give Tommy a better edit than he deserved, but you can't expect miracles from BB. They always favor someone. Tonight's show should be pretty good. Saturday's POV comp will likely be very hard fought as everyone will be fearful of Christie's ability to turn the Golden POV into the Diamond POV. If you hold the POV, you pretty much take away her power. All she could do then is take someone down, but you could then put someone else up and with her having lots of allies, there would still be multiple good targets. If say Jack and Christie were the nominees, Christie pulled herself off using the prize, then the POV holder would put up the replacement. If POV holder is someone outside of Christie's alliance that person could be Tommy or Jackson. ff it's someone inside Christie's alliance that person could be Nick, Sam, Witchabella with Christie's side having the votes to evict them. No one should throw any POV as long as Christie holds that power.

I'll be posting live updates during the commercial breaks in the show tonight. Nicole should be safe, Cliff should be evicted. Camp Comeback comp should take place. And Julie should interview the three who were former Camp Comeback kids. Who may not be done yet as there's still room in the BB schedule for another returnee. That's typically done with someone from the jury pool, but you never know.

Agree totally - its hard to find someone to root for with the jackals in charge.  I'd like to see Nichole, David, Kat, Kemi or Sam win.  I think Sam has inadvertently found himself in the grateful alliance - not really his best position at this point.

@gardenman I am particularly grateful for your live updates because I can follow them early in the evening since you are a couple hours ahead of my time zone.  I hate that BB doesn't come on until 8 here because I can stay awake for the first 20 mintues or so, but then I fall asleep and miss all the eviction stuff.  This is what happens when you get up at 4:30 am.

Not a problem. My cats get me up around five every morning, so I know how you feel. I don't always do it for the pretaped shows, but I try to do it for the live shows so those out west who want spoilers can get them. There shouldn't be a lot to spoil tonight, just who wins the Camp Comeback comp. I've got a bad feeling this will be a long endurance comp for HOH starting at the end of, or just after the live show which will keep me up a long, long time tonight. (I must remember to look into cat sleeping pills sometime for nights/early mornings like this to keep my cats in bed longer in the morning.)

Given how hard everyone will be fighting for HOH tonight, this one could go on for a long, long time. Witchabella and Sam will be fighting for their BB life. Most of the Six Shooters will be fighting to knock them out. Those outside the two big alliances will be fighting to stay in the game until they can figure out what's happening.

I really want to see Nicole after the vote tonight. I suspect Holly, Analyse, Christie, Tommy, Jack and Jackson will swarm her and assure her they love her, voted for her and kept her and want to work with her. Nicole will wonder what the heck happened. Holly Analyse, Christie and even Tommy have stayed pretty close to Nicole the whole game. Jackson too. Witchabella has betrayed her three times now, so it probably won't be very hard for Nicole to pick a side.

Cliff will take the eviction good-naturedly. He'll probably secretly be happy to head back to his wife and kids. He's been a bit lost in the house and getting out may be best for him. Of course, he might win the battle back and stay anyway. You never know.

It should be a pretty good show tonight. I'm looking forward to it.

Re: Thursday 7/18/2019 BIg Brother 21 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

I think we agree on just about everyone! As I was reading your characterizations of the houseguests I was saying yes, yep, uh-huh, yeah and check. I wonder if most people see them the same as well. Probably so.

One thing I heard was that the Six Shooters are going to tell Kat last minute but still encourage her to vote against Nicole so she can infiltrate Nick and Bella's side of the house and be a mole--a Kat Rat, lol. We're going on almost 30 days now and I'm wondering how hard it will be for Nick and Bella to think of themselves as being on the outside of the big alliance. That's a big shift. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I wish Tommy wasn't so close with Christie and Jack. I wanted so badly to like him. I see more positivity in him than the other two--not hard, I know--but he seems like there's a side of him that wants everyone to feel good about themselves whereas Jack and Christie seem filled with negativity and don't care who they take down in their wake. I don't know if it's because I want it to be true, or there's something there, but I wish Tommy would leave the dark side. Probably not likely though since the have their final LOL alliance. "Lots of Love," irony at its best.

Save yourself Tommy...go to the light! Smiley Very Happy

The eviction won't be a surprise to us but I want to see what they have in store for the camp comeback people.

@gardenman off topic. I enjoyed your short story very much. I was sad to see it end but good ending by the way.

Thanks! I toyed with extending it with the reborn Diana meeting and interacting with her grandaughter and the other characters, but then where would I end it? The ending I had resonated with me. The line, "She had her books" just seemed too perfect not to use. I had about another twelve extra pages written and was exploring various options, but the original ending just felt right. I've entered it in Amazon's UK Storyteller contest and we'll see how it does. I think they notify the finalists on September 13th, so I should know if I made the top five then.

Holly has reportedly told Kat the plan for the vote and Kat's playing her part as a double agent very well. Cliff approached Kat in the storeroom and she assured him he was still safe, despite knowing otherwise.
