I knew Kevin wasn't going to die, however they made us worry about him for weeks thinking he was in a firey car crash.

Next weeks show looks to be a yawn fest.  Listening to Randall and Beth coach Kevin's fiance through childbirth sounds less than entertaining.

Oh, and what has happened to Beth's character?  She used to portray a strong woman.  Now her role seems to be mostly facial expressions and listening to Randall.  

I guess it is time to change the channel.......for me.

I agree about Beth.  I am starting to lose interest in the show.  It's just dragging...

When Randall was on the phone with Madison I kept waiting for Beth to offer her support and some words of wisdom, she didnt say one word.

But I have to wonder, why they introduced this incident. It seems that very little is just 'fluff' in this show. Every character, every mini plot, somehow comes back around to having some big significance, we just don't know it until they reveal it. So I'm wondering what this event, or what they guy he helped, will come back and tie into their lives, in the future.

Can anyone shed any light or any ideas on something I've been wondering. 

They made a big  point about delving into Madison's doctor's character when she was first pregnant. Even showed him leaving home, and his young daughter riding horses. They never just bring in a character at that level, and leave them to never be seen again. 

Anyone venture a guess as to what his connection is going to be in the future/past that we just haven't seen yet?

@Mominohio did that just happen, I thought it was a few years back during Rebecca's pregnancy? I don't know, sometimes I can't keep the storylines straight!

@Mominohio I forgot about that. Yeah everyone thought his blind daughter would tie in with baby Jack somehow.

I'm wondering the same thing about the car crash guy.  Joshua Malina is a very well-known actor.  Would they bring him in just to drop him at the hospital never to be seen again?

Last night's episode was excellent. So what are the odds of triplet brother and sister both having children born the same day? I was thinking the birth mother of Kate's baby was going to change her mind, forgetting when we saw Jack in the future he had a sister, duh!! Also Kevin's acting career must not have suffered, because I think in the future at Kevin's house we discussed he had an Oscar. Also unless I remember incorrectly, I thought Kevin's son who was running around was named Kevin.

So how long did it take to figure out that the baby's middle name would be Rose , about a nanosecond !!!
