Nope! I will not be interested in a female 007. I have no problem with a woman spy/agent. Just don't try to pawn it off as 007. James Bond.

What's next? A woman playing George Washington? A woman playing Julius Caesar? I was the biggest fan in the world of the Avengers. The original one. WAAAAAY back. I have always wanted to be Mrs. Peel.

Regardless which gender the new ‘Bond’ is, the whole concept

of traditional Bond ‘Us vs Them’ is horribly dated.

As the world of Internet has made our World smaller & smaller,

the ‘enemy’ can’t be defined like yesteryear. ‘Them’ could be

someone on the Dark Web whom lives half-way across the World

or they’re our next-door neighbor.

They should have one last movie, Jump the Shark style,

showing where ‘Bond’ was a double agent allll these years.

Boom.

Plot twist.

@sidsmom It isn't real. It's fiction. It's a movie. Literature doesn't have to be up to the minute to be a great book. Why should a movie? People write about and make movies about the past, present and future all the time.
