Yes, I just recorded the movie, The Sandpiper this weekend when I saw the movie synopsis mention that Elizabeth Taylor's character is near Big Sur, CA. I live in Pacific Grove, which is near Monterey and I just loved the scenes of the Big Sur coast and Carmel. It is such a beautiful area. And yes, the song is SOOO beautiful.
