A Clockwork Orange. OMG I hated it so much! My ex though decided we just had to watch it. Worst movie of all time IMO. Even Howard the Duck was better.

"The Sea of Trees" Stars Mathew McConaughey, Ken Watanabe and Naomi Watts.
I found it bizarre, but also deep and intriguing. Aokigahara is known as the "suicide forest" at the base of Mount Fuji. If you like psychological emotional twists in a movie, this one has them.

Another vote for A Clockwork Orange. Very bizarre but strangely, I liked it.

"Eraserhead" by David Lynch takes the prize....
Also...."Johnny got his Gun" about a young WW1 soldier who returns from war just a torso and a head, with facial deformities that require him to wear a mask...can't speak or see...
In 1989, the rock group "Metallica' made a song "ONE" using footage from that film..The soldier can hear the doctors talking about his case, WE can hear his thoughts as he lies trapped in his body. ANYONE who thinks war is in any way glamorous should watch this.
Anyone see the short "The Grandmother"(1970)?
Another David Lynch black and white shocker....a young boy, mistreated by his horrible parents, plants a seed in a pile of earth on his bed that sprouts a grandmother who loves him....It used to be on You Tube but they seem to have removed it....a REALLY strange, bizarre, sad short....if you can see it, worth it if you like really BIZZARE things....

Another vote for 'Teeth,' also the 1978 movie 'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.'

Do you like the actor Javier Bardem?
He was in a movie called "Mar Adentro"...about a paraplegic (From a diving accident) who in one scene dreams he can fly and walk on the beach again to his long lost lover.
You can FEEL the sun.
It is an achingly beautiful scene, and hurts more because you ( and he ) realize it a just a dream that can never be achieved.
Anyone who has lost someone or something forever will understand.
The scene is done to Nessun Dorma, which makes it more heartbreaking...
Here it is:
The video is called ",,,,And I came flying....." if the link won't work.
It's disturbing because of the emotion it evokes.
Turn it up.

Oh gosh, there have been many, some very well done, some horrifying, some funny in a macabre way. Here are some of my picks:
Margaret's Museum
A Clockwork Orange, which many of you have mentioned.
Eating Raoul
Blue Velvet, also already mentioned
Harold and Maude
