Re: The most bizarre movie you ever saw?

How could I forget - Andy Warhol's Frankenstein in 3-D.  Not only was it weird it was disgusting and a terrible movie.  I think we walked out.

Re: The most bizarre movie you ever saw?

I'm old and have seen many movies of all definitions.

The latest my husband and I watched 'Don't Look Up' fit into this category IMO. 1/2 & 1/2 bizarre & too close to reality of recent times (if that makes sense).  I think good actors & a touch of comedy helped .  One thing really bizarre was Jennifer Larwence's hairstyle Smiley Happy . I loved seeing Meryl Streep's character's ending though.

Gone Girl. Waited so long to see it. Wanted to see it so bad. It was the worst, dumbest movie I have ever seen. Hated it. Woman Frustrated

Also, a movie I saw when I was much younger, When You Coming Back Red Rider. That one wins for most bizarre and also very depressing.

Re: The most bizarre movie you ever saw?

@qualitygal  I have never seen "The Exorcist" because I made the mistake of listening to Richard Pryor's 3 minute routine spoofing that movie. Every time I start to try to watch it, I remember the spoof and I just crack up laughing!

As for weird movies, "Eyes Wide Shut", "A Clockwork Orange", "2001" have all been mentioned here. One that has not is from the early 2000s called "The Door in the Floor". with Jeff Bridges and Kim Basinger with Elle Fanning as their daughter. The plot made no sense, and there were really graphic sex scenes where the couple left the door open and their 4-year old daughter watched. That movie was absolutely disgusting and should have never been allowed to be released as it could be considered child pornography.  My DIL picked the movie so I went to the show with her and my son. I was so embarrased and outraged that I got up and walked out and waited for them in the lobby. Hollywood depravity at its worst.
