The Walking Dead 2/21/16 with possible spoilers

Okay let's get this party started! I will be checking in with you all before it starts on the West Coast so please use Spoiler tag if you don't mind?

Just a fun little game to get us warmed up heehee!

In the preview clip on the TD where they showed Rick and Daryl running, what are your guesses as to what is going on? My guess is below:

I think Daryl told Rick about Negan's gang accosting them and Rick wanted to scout out where it happened so maybe they could find the rest of the gang's location. I hope so because I think they need to be on the OFFENSE with this gang, not defense like usual.

That's a clever guess, @HappyDaze. I must have been out of the room when they showed the preview because I don't remember the running.

Oh, well. One more day.

I just worry now we are going to get complaints about how the second or third or whichever episode didn't live up to the thrills and excitement of the first. I'm crossing fingers that all posts will discuss the positive elements of the episodes and not make comparisons but simply discuss each on its own merit.

@GingerPeach I hope so too. I mean, they all can't be super action nail biters, can they? lol! I have been one to beyotch and moan but I will try not to compare it to the last one- that would be so hard to beat anyway right?

ETA: the episodes I really don't like though are the artsy fartsy ones. Do you know which ones I mean?

Absolutely, @HappyDaze. That one was, to use a very overused word, an amazing episode. Thrilling, moved the story along, surprises, and reunions.

I am just looking forward to whatever happens next. I don't need pure adrenaline every week, just now and then!

ETA: We were writing at the same time, but I do know which ones you mean. I have to say, I can appreciate those, too. That one with Morgan for an hour and a half didn't bore me. I'm sorry to say I would have to re-watch some of the past seasons to really remember any others, and I'm sure there were at least parts of episodes that were like that.

The ONLY episode I did not like since the series started was the Morgan? and Teacher episode with the spear, stick whatever it is called.---------ted

There is a quick preview that shows Darryl bleeding a lot. It looks like maybe a run in with Negan's gang went bad. I hope that don't kill Darryl. I feel a main character is gonna go soon.

Also, I read where the cast members were upset after reading the script for this seasons finale. Andrew Lincoln said he felt so sick that he couldn't sleep and was late for work for the first time in 6 years.

I can't wait for tonight's episode.

WHAT?? OMG. I wonder what's going to happen that has the cast so upset. YIKES!!

OMG! This cast has been on XM Radio Entertainment Weekly all week (repeats, over and over).

I don't watch this show so I only listened for a few minutes. I would have to say it sounded like a 'love fest' to me. All they talked about was how much they LOVE coming to work and being around each other and bla bla. It was so repetitive, I changed the station.

They kept bringing up the fact that on that show you never know if you're going to get killed off and that was one of the first things they looked for.
