All my life of television our local station airs the night before Easter without fail no need to do anything but turn on the t.v.  As a child the air time of 7:00 p.m. was not early enough for me to stay awake till the end and get up for Sunday school the next morning.  Now at 56 I still cannot make it through the entire movie, but I love it so when I could do late nights.

When my sons were young this was required viewing every year at Eastertime- they loved it, especially DS#2- so much so that I had to buy the DVD if we missed it on the eve of Easter to watch after brunch or dinner on Easter Sunday.

One of my favorite memories of Easter with my boys. A classic, for sure.
