Another great shark movie which is very entertaining.

I know it's like a "B" movie but to me, it was exciting and had

no idea where the story was going but I knew the end (or do I?  there

are 4 more novels after this one)

Love the drama, the action, some of script was quite funny and

the actors weren't bad.

Yes, it's like JAWS on mega doses of steroids.  Hope you enjoy

as much as I did and I only flung my arms and jumped out of my

seat a few times.

I like a good shark movie.

SyFy showed one of their own creations yesterday (to be repeated, no doubt) called Megalodon (not to be confused with the 2004 Megalodon)It features a US Navy vessel that looks as if it's trying to follow in The Last Ship's wake, at least with regard to its ship's officers, but since this is a SyFy-channel-made movie, it doesn't quite make it.

It was still fun.

Looking forward to seeing The Meg at some point.

Gee, I must have had an off day because I saw it this afternoon and wish I hadn't bothered.  I thought it was slow and boring.  I, too, jumped a few times but not enough to think the movie was exciting or scary.  The actors were fine and the scenes with the sharks were decent, but I don't think this movie comes any where near close to what "Jaws" was.  I thought it was just silly.

And they've got shark movies on all week until then, as I'm sure many of you know, @Jordan2 and @Just Bling.

They come up with "those" names:  Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda; Sharktopus vs. Mermantula; and on and on.

Jason Statham is in the movie.  I love his movies.
