Re: The MASKED SINGER is Back 3/10 Season 5 Premiere *SPOILERS*

I'll start next week. I don't care much for Niecey though, so will be very glad when Nick is back!

I think Niecy Nash is there for a while. I read that NIck will be gone for a period of time.  She also said she hopes to see Nick back sometime "later this season".  I can't believe they kicked off who they did (I won't ruin it for those who haven't seen it yet).  A certain costume was sooooo bad I was sure it was going bye bye.

Re: The MASKED SINGER is Back 3/10 *SPOILERS*

I watched it last night and think it will be good. Was surprised by who the unmasked singer was, as were the judges. Opens up a whole other category of singers that may be on the shows from now on.

I am not a fan of Nash or her style of hosting. I prefer hosts like Alex Trebek and Tom (forgot his last name from Dancing with the Stars). They let the guests be the central figure/focus and don't try to put the spotlight on themselves. I think a good host guides the direction of the show without interrupting the flow.

This was fun!

I adore Niecy Nash, so that's a fun part of it for me.  It sounds like she is just a temp host.  I cannot remember verbatim the term she used, but it seemed pretty clear.

The reveal - I think I was so shocked I must have sat there for 2 minutes laughing and clapping my hands (I'm so glad I watch tv alone! Smiley Very Happy).

This is just one of my favorite 'silly fun' shows, so I'm really glad it's back.  I also enjoyed Masked Dancer.  I know it wasn't that popular here, but it was still great silly fun.

I don't get to smile much anymore, so I'll take it where I can get it.  Smiley Happy

I thought the Raccoon was terrible and would be the first to go but I was wrong.

Any guesses on who the Raccoon is? I have no idea.

I don't have any guesses yet, but I TOTALLY thought Racoon would be eliminated first.

I laughed for a good five minutes at the reveal.  One of the best yet!  Very clever if you ask me.  The costumes are amazing and yes, I thought the raccoon would be the first to go, but for whatever reason, it's here for another round or so.  I do think the judges get hints because I can't believe they can have such specific information about sooooo many people.  It's a fun show, a little silly, but a good diversion.

Re: The MASKED SINGER is Back 3/10 *SPOILERS*

I have never watched the show before, but I had to watch last night for the Russian Dolls.

I thought Neicy Nash did a good job, but I do like Nick Cannon.

It is a different sort of show, but I'll stay for the Dolls!
