The Killing Vote is the most recent Korean drama I've been binging. It's available on Prime and has 12 episodes.

It's not for anyone who has a problem with vigilante justice. The title tells it all.

An internet hacker has added an app to the phone of every Korean over 18. Then they are asked to vote on whether or not a criminal who has escaped punishment through loopholes, corruption, incomplete investigations should be eliminated. Voters have an hour to decide the fate one of these "devils deemed innocent" and if they receive more than 50% of the vote they are eliminated. A new candidate is offered every two weeks.

Cat and mouse as the police attempt to find the hacker and stop the killing, and protect the potential candidates.

I'm only as far as episode 4, but even though it's dark I'm enjoying it and it's holding my interest. I suspect there is something more going on that's yet to be revealed.

It's pretty good so far. Episode 1was a bit confusing, but now it's really getting good. I'm in the beginning of Episode 4.

UPDATE

I've finished and it had so much potential but I found it confusing. Since it's difficult for me to remember the character's Korean names and since all the male characters had the same hair style, I began to get confused with some of the male actors. There were many sub plots that added to my confusion. I didn't have this confusion issue with any other KDramas I've watched.
