Premiers on Sept 25 on nbc at 10 ET, must not have been effected by writer strike. stars Jesse L Martin, from Law and Order many years ago. Plays a criminal psychologist, sounds interesting, and at least something new to watch !!

Jesse L. Martin (Det. Green) was my favorite from Law & Order. He and Jerry Orbach (Briscoe) were the best seasons of the original L&O.

I saw a glimpse of the preview of the new series. It looks like a good one. I was startled how much time had passed when I saw him on the screen. It didn't seem possible he could be that much older while I am watching his younger version from my recordings almost daily.

He was only 30 when he began on Law & Order. No wonder he looks young in my reruns. His first episode was a mass shooting in Central Park. He got on the ground with a grieving mother who was clutching her daughter,  whispered in her ear, and helped her to her feet. I was wowed!

His first claim to fame was on Broadway in Rent, must be a good singer too
