This is a 10 year olld docudrama about a boy disapearing for 4 years from Texas and the family gets call that he has been found in Spain. Comes back to his family , except the problem is, he is a con artist not their son. A lot of twists , i got chills toward the end of the show , and still thinking about it today.

@MW in Iowa @I couldn't agree more. This is one of the best documentaries and one of the most incredible true stories I've heard. The movie is well done. There are also a few articles about the story online and a few podcasts.

Where could I find this? Is it a movie at a theater or a made for TV one? I sure would like to see it.

What I thought was crazy is that the imposter looked nothing like the missing kid.

@Group 5 minus 1 @It is on Amazon Prime Video. There are some shows on APV that have a couple of very short commercials in them. They are shown through a part of the APV site called Freevee. There's nothing to join if you are already on APV. Just expect very limited, short commercials if you choose something from the Freevir selections. It was originally made for theater release.

You can also see it on YouTube. Put The Imposter 2012 in the YouTube search to find it.

It's been on Netflix, but I just checked and it's not on it right now.
