Well for once I made the right choice not watching Promised Land which was pulled after five episodes. I will continue to watch The Good Doctor but I'm not thrilled with it anymore.

So, any comments about last nights show, I liked it.

Now if the show just stays on track....

Once again it was "all Lea all the time".
FIrst she apologizes all over the place and then when Shaun expresses his feelings she leaves. I have said right from the start she is not the person for Shaun.
From her childish pranks (pretending she had drowned for one) to the changing of his scores-I do not see her understanding him, period.
As much as I put up with her-the storyline of how she "saved" the hospital-one person in IT??? No.
I agree with Shaun that he cannot trust her. He is a project for her to work on and more for herself than for him.
Salen-blech. Her fake concern for the woman who lost her baby-I almost threw up. The pharmacist should have been on top of expired meds, too.
Now it looks as though Salen has connections even with the AG.
It's time to stop circling the airport with Salen and Lea and move on to better storylines. This wash, rinse, repeat is really old.

The writers seem determined to make the unlikable Lea, likable. That ship sailed long ago. She wasn't protective of Shaun, she was impatient with his trying to correct his problem so cheated to make it go away.

@occasionalrainI also think that it is an attempt to show that Shaun can have a relationship despite who he is. Of course, he can. Yet not with her.
I never saw Lea as "good" for Shaun; her support of him has always been to be the hero for him; changing his scores proves she did it more for her than for him.

I guess I just don't understand why nobody seems to like Lea , l find her to be a big part of the show and very genuine , something that a lot of the other characters lack .

Hmm...........Dr. Lim gathering the troops to oust Salen.
I wonder where this will leave Dr. Andrews who is playing footsies with Salen.
Since we now know that her ownership is not complete, removing her could work somehow.
No news yet if there will be a Season 6 in the fall.

I don't dislike Leah, but I don't think she is a good fit for Shawn......I am really not intereseted in this series anymore. It is not holding my interest, so if it is renewed next season, they may need to make some changes or get some new writers in!!!!!!!
Its too bad really, I have watched this one from the beginning and have enjoyed it so much.....I am continuing to watch, always hopeful that it will get better!

This was on our local news here in Baltimore after the show last night. This is a special hospital here, part of Hopkins that treats special needs kids and young adults. .
