The Diplomat and The Diplomat - Thumbs Up for Both

I recently found a BBC series called The Diplomat on Amazon Prime and a different one called The Diplomat on Netflix.  They are totally divergent in tone, but I found that I enjoyed them both and am hoping that the second season of each is released soon.

 

The BBC version is relatively tame with regard to sex, violence and bad language, but does have some, sort of PG-rated, while the Netflix show is definitely R-rated.  

 

I seldom recommend shows because I rarely find anything that holds my interest, but I thought I would share these two series for your consideration as I know weeding through the morass of streaming offerings can feel overwhelming and these are worth a try.

 

I also watched and enjoyed The Boys in the Boat.
