It is on HMMD. It is about a family still in mourning for a dead son.I did not see all of it because it was on so late,so I searched for it and am recording it(Ithink it is on 12-21.

Stars William De Vane, Meredith Baxter, and wait for it!! Dean McDermott (Toris' hubbs).

I digress-it is not a romance but -I think-a lovely tale.

Thanks for the heads up. I just set it to record. I love this movie and haven't seen it for years. It's a bittersweet but heartwarming story.

It's one of the few older movies that is playing on the Hallmark Channels. They keep making all these new movies that aren't as good as they used to be.

I've seen this movie many times.  It's a very moving story.  I kind of guessed towards the middle what was going on and the ending is great.

What's HMMD?

I always liked William DeVane (remember him in Knots Landing?! I loved that show back in the day..)

And agree...I've tried watching several Hallmark Christmas movies this year...all bored me to tears, didn't watch long. The one I liked best was on the other night, and it was a Hannukah/Christmas story...a 2020 one...was cute.

My favorite was always that one with Henry Winkler...have seen it about 6 times and I'd watch it again...but it hasn't been on every time I've checked the schedule this year.

Anyway....this one sounds good...if it's on Hallmark, maybe I'll catch it 12/21.

The Henry Winkler movie is a winner - even DH enjoys.

Its been on more this year than past and I am glad.

I wish they would play Christmas Visitor more - I haven't seen in quite a while and its moving !
