I stopped watching The blacklist a few yrs. ago. Did it turn out that Liz is Red's daughter after all?

What we found out so far is that Red is Liz's father, but not the Red she thinks she knows. So who actually is the Reddington the viewers have seen? An imposter?

It gets complicated, and would be diffcult to explain in detail if one hasn't watched the show in awhile. We probably won't know more until near the end of season.
