Not a series, a one night only event!! And I agree, the ones from the 70's are way too raw to be aired today. Jerrfersons is aired  quite a lot on TV One and All in Family is aired now on LOGO TV.  And Archie Bunker's place airs nightly on Antenna TV.

I won't be watching, but I will be checking the forums tomorrow to see everyone's reactions.  I just don't find remakes, even for one night, to be worth watching.
