Just think... Haul Out the Holly actually has a sequel... Hallmark and the other Christmas movie channels all appear to have lost their mojo... Among the worst I've seen (for the limited time I could bear to watch before turning it off) was Santa Summit. Nothing redeeming about it. Not even great clothes or sets. Just really bad.

I guess I was in the mood to punish myself because I watched Santa Summit until the end.

@stevieb  you were smart to turn it off.  It never got any better.  As it progressed it got sillier and sillier until mercifully it finally ended.

This nonsense is what Hunter King left Y&R to pursue?   She should have stayed as Summer.  I actually liked her better than the actress who is now playing that role.

Oh no, I taped it Haul Out The Holly Lit Up, or something like that. The second one. Oh boy....I thought it might be kinda dumb thought. it took me two tries to get through Haul Out The Holly from last year.

I totally agree with this!

I tried to watch it THREE times last year, but I just couldn't do it.  I was only able to get through a few minutes of it each time.  It was just a really dumb movie, in my opinion.  I didn't even bother with it this year.

I guess you win some and you lose some with these Hallmark movies.  Thank goodness there are so many to choose from each year!

I like Lacey Chabert but what was she thinking by agreeing to do either of the Haul Out movies.  I couldn't even last ten minutes of the first one so I had no interest in watching the new one.

She has starred in so many good Hallmark movies.  I particularly liked her in the Crossword Mysteries.  She and Brennan Elliott have so much chemistry.  They were wonderful together in the three "All Of My Heart movies".

I never watched When Calls the Heart, but an article I read last week said the new season that I think has a different name would probably have Lori in it. The article said the Hallmark actors who are now doing American Family movies have non-exclusive contracts, so they could be on both channels.  I agree, Haul Out the Holly is terrible...didn't know they did another one! Thanks for the warning.

Isn't that the truth and I'd say that goes nation wide or, for that matter, even further afield. Funny, men accuse women of following trends, but this whole facial hair thing is nothing but monkey see, monkey do. The fact is, on most men, it isn't even flattering. Do they even realize it?

I didn't like the first Haul Out the Holly movie and I turned the sequel off last evening after about ten minutes. Don't care for the fast talking, high energy, supposedly 'cute' allegedly comedic stuff they put out. It fell flat for me. I just found it silly.

My favorite is Candles on Bay Street. Sad but really good. I hope I don't miss it this year.
