In addition to their off-screen romance, he did seem to have good chemistry with her (Pleshette) on camera. And I could see humor being a big part of their relationship-- they were both funny, without really trying. She's yet another one who lit up when talking about him...
I love them together in the one where she's his late lawyer's daughter. The one with the rabbit I didn't find that compelling-- too bad they didn't come up with a better story line for them... or if she had been the one in the finale, instead of Diane Baker!

@Pearlee , one of the telling things from an interview I read with Diane Baker about the end of the show, contained a quote by her, something to the effect that she said "It was a job". It struck me in the context, that she was really saying "It was (just) a job", and I could be wrong, but came off as sort of dismissive to me! She had nothing much to add-- stories or comments on what it was like to be in on the end, etc.
She clearly had no sort of mystique for "The Fugitive", like diehard fans have. Which is fine, but it's interesting that, in the probably rushed and not-planned-for finale, they perhaps didn't show the care in casting that was evident througout the series.
Interesting you mention the "appearing more than once thing". In looking for something else "Fuge" on Wiki, I saw the list of actors (other than the principals) who'd appeared the most. The most appearances were by Richard Anderson (not surprised-- he was on 6 times), and Dabbs Greer (6). The actress who appeared the most was the beautiful Carol Rossen (5). I really liked her in the violin prodigy one, and she was good in the one where he breaks off with her and is suspected of her assault. I am surprised that she appeared the most of any actress:

I just saw Carol Rossen in an episode of Archie Bunkers Place. I think she did a couple of Twilight Zones too.

Neat, @Shelbelle . I've seen her pop up in a few things too-- I think she played a marine scientist or something on a really good episode of "The Invaders" too.... Oh, and she was in a Cannon episode as a client of his....
Oh, good question, @Pearlee . I'm not sure if that was Carol Rossen or not. If that's what you remember, then probably. My first reaction was to think it was Diana Hyland, but that doesn't sound right...
Yes, Richard Anderson did play "Donna"'s husband in one of the episodes. Gosh, who didn't he play--- the guy pops up all over vintage TV! He was ok, but I preferred Lin McCarthy as her hubby-- he matched up better with her, I thought, in terms of personal warmth, etc. Richard Anderson, although good, usually strikes me as a wee bit chilly...

@Oznell o/t I think I'm losing my confidence in Eddie Mueller to show me great film noir. The last few we watched have been bummers! We just watched Three Strangers. Boy, that was terrible! Plus, I had to disagree with him about Geraldine Fitzgerald in the movie. He said she was "mad", "unhinged". I sure didn't think so. Maybe I'M mad and unhinged. But DH agreed about the movie. Peter Lorre was actually likeable, lol. But the movie stunk, IMO. Anybody else watch this?

I haven't watched Noir Alley in a while, @Judaline , and the most recent offerings didn't sound good to me either.
Unfortunately, the supply of really great noir is finite, and I think poor Eddie has to 'salt in' some less worthies, and out and out clinkers, with the better ones!
He's good, though, and whenever he shows something promising, I'll be there. There are some pretty discouraging dry periods though. Good time to watch retro TV, like "The Fugitive"!
