Agree with others on this ridiculous series of scenes involving Eric and his treatment. Even given it's a soap there should be some connection with reality... This is the most amateurishly written soap on the air and that's really saying something now days...

Sounds like the Taylor actress was treated badly. No idea if there was bad blood between her and the powers that be or they simply decided they had to jettison someone to make room for the Asian family... One recounting was that since Ridge and Brooke had reconciled, there was no story for her. Bull. They could easily have hooked her up with someone else had they wanted to keep her...

As for those Emmy's this is why I stopped watching them. The nomination and selection process is so flawed that the most deserving never seem to win. I won't get into Ridge, because despite the man's appearance, he often does a reasonable acting job. As for Steffy. give me a break. The woman over-emotes, chews the scenery and they toss her another lead actress Emmy. And poor little Douglas, of anyone, he deserved to win, as did Melissa Egan of Young and Restless. The supporting categories were weak, but the selections were more political and sentimental than they were based on acting, particularly the choice of Ms. Eddy, who barely appeared before her untimely death. Personally, with so few soaps left and with the overall quality being so low, I think they should stop giving them. Glad I skipped them. Again...

I caught a quick glimpse of her when they were showing Douglas at the table and I said to my husband, " I think I saw Hope and she was wearing a terrible outfit."  Thank you @threecees  for the photo, I was right. 😝 

Yes the Ladies in Black looked great with the exception of Krista. No wonder she got canned from the show. 😝

I was glad that Scruffy won the award. I can't take Maurice Benard and Peter Bergman so I enjoyed the stick it to you moment...even though he wasn't in attendance. That was even better! LOL
